What is Expert Product Development?

Expert Product Development will be responsible for the day to day product development activities at Jazz. This role is part of the product development team which is housed under Product Development & PMO vertical within marketing department. The team is mainly responsible for handling projects belonging to various domains including commercial, finance, marketing, customer experience, digital, technology and regulatory.

The role reports to Manager Product Development with an existing team strength of 4 team members. 

What does Expert Product Development do?

  • Day-to-day product development activities.
  • Close liaison with business and Technical stakeholders to ensure the products are developed and delivered on time.
  • Effectively managing conflicts in relevance to Project constraints of time, cost and quality
  • Working closely with technology teams for the project delivery within the defined timelines and cost
  • End to End Implementation and launch of new projects and products
  • Reporting project statuses to upper management for decision making
  • Developing and maintaining project plans and establishment of priorities
  • Product Portfolio management for tracking and regular updates
  • SOX compliance tracking for internal and external product launch audits

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Product Development?

  • Business solution architect and converting business requirements into possible technical solutions ensuring cost saving and optimal timelines
  • Creating new ideas and Business Requirement Document for various organizational requirements.
  • Initiating, gathering and subsequent implementation of requirements by collaborating with different departments and utilizing various project management tools.
  • Effectively coordinating & communicating various organizational stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
  • Adding value to product delivery by proposing alternative approaches to complex problems ensuring cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of telecom products, project management, BSS systems and expertise in core telecom business processes
  • Ability to lead large, medium, and small-scale projects.
  • Enthusiastic and thoughtful communicator and collaborator with the tech and non-tech teams.
  • Reporting project activities and reviewing progress of projects on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis and present to management for decision making.
  • Leading and conducting comprehensive UAT of newly developed/changed system functionalities, VAS services and products.
  • Someone with at least three to five years of strong product development and project management background.
  • The candidate should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Telecoms or IT. Additional qualification in Project Management will be a bonus.

What is Expert Digital Channel Planning?

The role reports directly to the Manager Digital Channel Planning and has 2 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 10 team members

What does Expert Digital Channel Planning do?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Planning day to day business growth strategies
  • Responsible for business growth of Digital Channels.
  • Responsible for Digital Recharge Channel Expansion.
  • Responsible for New Partnerships For Digital Recharge Distributions.
  • Using analytical skills, develop partner wise models to enhance Sales performance across Digital Channels
  • Daily Performance reporting of Digital Channels to higher management
  • Responsible for Stakeholder Management.
  • Establish good relationship with Business Partners nationally ,internationally and Internally 
  • Planning, Preparation, and approvals of promos to uplift sales at Digital Channel
  • Online sales value chain development and refinement.
  • Proactive Liaoning with Brand and digital teams for Digital campaigns/ Promos

Key Deliverables :

  • Develop Short-term and long-term strategy for Digital Recharge Channels.
  • Develop detailed Business Case/Models for Digital Channel/Projects.
  • Assisting for preparation of Business Case and planning checklist for proposed Digital channel Partners.
  • Working efficiently with cross-functional project teams & both local and international partners to get the desired results.
  • Proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, Monthly targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordination of the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

What is Technical Support Engineer?

TSE will be responsible for to check all the inbound/outbound queries/tickets, collect corporate customers complaints/issues, diagnosed it and forward to concern team.

We are looking for someone has prior experience in a customer services role and is technically savvy with solid convincing skills for providing technical support to corporate customers.

The role reports directly to the Team Lead of CS department with an extended team of 15 team members.

What does Technical Support Engineer do?

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve network issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams/ vendors.
  • Coordination with all stakeholders including vendor to resolved customer issues.

Key Deliverables:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with all Teams: Field teams, NOC, Vendor, SD teams
  • Hands on experience over network communications equipment including , routers, switches, firewalls etc.
  • Understanding of IP networking, traffic engineering, routing protocols and IP network QoS techniques
  • Provide Level-1/2 support, troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Dynamic protocols OSPF, BGP/MPLS
  • L2/L3VPNs, Ex-VLANS, Firewalls (SRX/FG)and IPSEC.
